Craig has been painting for 25 years, but the Craig J. Bauer company is new, founded in 2018.
Where does Craig find his inspiration?
Craig paints the dramatic, rugged scenery of the west coast of British Columbia. The first 2 bottles we released were both from paintings done on Chesterman Beach in Tofino, British Columbia.

The Craig J. Bauer bottles are Limited Edition and once an edition is sold out, it will never be produced again. They are hand numbered, so they are literally one of a kind. No one else on the planet will have the same bottle as you.
Do Craig J. Bauer bottles keep drinks hot or cold?
They are double walled, vacuum insulated so they keep drinks cold up to 24 hours and hot up to 12 hours.
How do Craig J. Bauer bottles work?
The Craig J. Bauer bottles are constructed of 2 thin walls of stainless steel, separated by a vacuum. This prevents heat from transferring between the layers.
What can I put in Craig J. Bauer bottles?
Any regular hot or cold drink can be put into the bottles, though we don't recommend putting effervescent drinks (like soda) in, as the pressure caused by the release of gas from the drink may cause the bottle to leak. You can also put ice cubes in the bottle to keep your drink colder, longer.

No, they are double walled, vacuum insulated so they will not sweat.
What are Craig J. Bauer bottles made of?
Our bottles are made of 18/8 food grade stainless steel. The inner cap is made from BPA free plastic and there is a silicone ring for sealing the bottle.

Each package contains a Limited Edition, hand numbered bottle in a reusable cylinder gift box with a slide off cap. There is also a hand numbered 4 x 6 artist print showing the original painting that the bottle image came from.

Your Craig J. Bauer bottle will arrive via courier, enclosed in a protective cardboard recyclable box.
How many designs does Craig J. Bauer have?

What does Limited Edition mean?
Limited Edition means that there are only a small number of each image edition produced. Once they are sold, they will never be produced again.

Our current bottles (the Chesterman and the Island of Love) hold 400 ml (13.5 ounces). As we add new bottles, the capacity will be clearly posted on the website.

Are your bottles dishwasher safe?
You can put the Craig J. Bauer bottles in a dishwasher, but it is not recommended as repeated washings will cause the image to fade. We recommend hand washing the bottles using warm water and mild dish soap.
How do I clean Craig J. Bauer bottles?
We recommend hand washing the bottles using warm water and soap, and a bottle brush if needed. Putting them in the dishwasher is not recommended, as the image will fade after repeated cycles in the dishwasher.

Yes, we traveled to Asia, extensively toured a number of factories, and selected a manufacturing facility that was able to demonstrate superior Quality Control, working conditions that met our standards for safety and comfort and sustainability.
Can I put my Craig J. Bauer bottle in the oven, freezer or microwave?
It is not recommended to put your bottle in the freezer, and you definitely cannot put it in the microwave or oven.
